Lean Six Sigma training courses

Lean Six Sigma is a globally recognised methodology used for decades by successful companies in order to improve their efficiency and profitability, cut their costs, solve a variety of problems, improve their products and services, reduce the number of complaints and improve customer satisfaction. Universal applicability of principles and tools taught and practised through a number of problem-solving exercises facilitate their implementation, regardless of the scope of activity and size of your organisation.

As in martial arts, the education levels are subdivided in yellow, green and black belts. Metroteka offers Lean Six Sigma training programme in Croatian, through which, in addition to acquiring valuable knowledge, the attendees are also awarded certificates for achieved levels.

Through Lean Six Sigma in-house training, we train all members of the (future) project team to implement the improvement process. We learn about all phases of the project, from the proposal of the plan to the implementation of the solution – whether it is about business reorganization, improving efficiency, cost reduction, establishing a new quality management system or solving a specific metrology issue. Our mission is to educate and prepare the team on how to independently and successfully implement improvement projects in their organization using the most appropriate business tools.
