Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

This three-day training course is a continuation of the first level of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and, like the previous level, it is intended for board of directors, high and medium level management, project managers, team members, quality managers and any other key staff involved in product and service quality assurance and process improvement.

Green Belt is a continuation of the previous level, aiming to deepen the acquired knowledge through application of descriptive statistics, interpretation of obtained results, MSA, SMED, Yamazumi, VSM, FMEA and many other quality assurance tools.

Education is based on using practical tools and methods in practice through a number of examples, individual and team tasks in order to be able to immediately apply the acquired knowledge in the client’s organisation.

The price of the training is 600 euros per person. We grant a 5% discount for each additional participant from the same company (up to maximum of 25% for 6 people and more).
