Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

This three-day in-house training course is a continuation of the first level of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Like the previous level, it is intended for board of directors, high and medium level management, project managers, team members, quality managers and any other key staff involved in product and service quality assurance and process improvement.

The Green Belt program extends the previous level, aiming to deepen the acquired knowledge of key team members through the application of descriptive statistics, interpretation of results, MSA, SMED, Yamazumi, VSM, FMEA, and many other quality assurance tools.

Education is based on using tools and methods in practice through a number of examples, individual and team tasks to enable immediate application of the acquired knowledge within the organization.
