This three-day in-house training course is intended for boards of directors, high and medium level management, project managers, team members, quality managers and any other key staff involved in product and service quality assurance and process improvement.
Together we learn about a number of tools that help a team to achieve their goals, allow necessary changes in management in order to obtain better results and profit, reduce the number of complaints and as a consequence, increase employee satisfaction. Costs due to inferior quality are reduced, as well as losses, while the quality of products and services increases. We also demonstrate how to manage changes and eliminate resistance to changes which are an integral part of a continuing improvement system.
