Pharmaceutical industry
Our most frequent and most loyal clients come from the pharmaceutic industry. This enables us to properly understand all pharmaceutical practice requirements (GMP, GLP etc.) and applicable regulations, as well the importance of reliable calibration, qualification and temperature mapping. All these have a far-reaching influence not only on the quality of pharmaceutical products but also on human safety and health.
Our HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope comprises of almost all types of thermometers (for both contact and contactless measurements), hygrometers and thermo-hygrometers. In addition to measuring instruments, we are also accredited for calibration of devices such as freezers, refrigerators, thermostats, incubators, drying ovens, sterilisers, baths, furnaces, climatic chambers and stability chambers for relative humidity. We also conduct chamber qualification processes in accordance with your specific protocols, as well as with recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
We were the first in Croatia, and among the first in Europe, to obtain accreditation for autoclave calibration, enabling us to provide it as a part of autoclave qualification. Among other parameters, autoclave calibration includes determining the effective sterilisation time, time differences in achieving the sterilisation temperature, temperature fluctuations, along with the extended (k=2) measurement uncertainty.
Our scope of accreditation for volumetric instruments covers piston pipettes, burettes and dispensers (even the smallest ones of only 1 µl). For a majority of piston-operated volumetric instruments, we also provide repair services. We were the first in Croatia to get the accreditation for calibration of pH-meters, autoclaves, centrifuges and conductivity meters. The rest of our accredited scope includes balances, torque wrenches and different pressure measuring instruments (pressure gauges, digital pressure gauges, pressure transducers…), length, volume, density, frequency and chemical measuring devices.
We also provide temperature mapping of warehouses, cold rooms and transport vehicles, being the first in Croatia and the region, to offer accredited calibration of temperature chambers with a capacity over 2000 litres, such as cold rooms, in addition to standard mapping reports. We are able to carry out area inspection, to prepare mapping plans, conduct measurements and deliver relevant reports within a time frame of few days. Additionally, all data loggers we use are constantly supervised by our own accredited calibration laboratory, enabling us to prioritise the certainty and expedition of the results, since we do not depend on the services of any third-party calibration laboratory.
